Join the AMTA Dallas Region for our June meeting on the 8th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm as local therapist, educator, and advocate Amy Scottino leads an informative and meaningful discussion on Oncology Massage.

This presentation will focus on increasing awareness around the unique needs of clients undergoing cancer treatment and how massage therapists can safely, confidently, and compassionately support them. We’ll explore common myths and fears, important considerations, and why oncology-informed massage is not only safe—but deeply impactful—when proper education and intention are applied.

Whether you are new to oncology massage or simply want to better understand how to hold space for clients affected by cancer, this talk will offer insight, perspective, and practical takeaways you can bring into your practice immediately.
