Gabriel Sanders
My name is Gabriel Sanders and I am the owner/ operator of Paladins’ Healing Touch in Lubbock Texas. I have grown up in Lubbock and I have a strong tie to those that I surround myself with. I enjoy helping others and that is what ultimately led me to join massage therapy in February of 2022. Up until May of 2024, I was also a science teacher but I have since decided to dedicate myself to massage therapy alone.
Deborah Hart
Massage therapy called out to me as a second career about 2 years ago. I had been in the legal field before that for 26 years, the last 20 of which as a senior paralegal in family law and civil litigation. Wish I would have made the move to massage therapy several years ago! I love being able to help people not only with their aches and pains, but also with the ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing them to slow down, relax, recharge. Since I became licensed last year, I’ve taken 36 hours in prenatal massage, 21 hours in intro to lymphatic massage, 6 hours in hot stones, 6 hours in cupping, and 6 hours in “tech neck” massage. In October, I’ll start additional classes in MLD to become certified in that modality. In addition to getting my business up and running, I also help with mine and my husband’s roofing/remodeling business. And, I still do a bit of contract paralegal work on the side. I also do some pro bono prenatal massages for 2 “crisis pregnancy” centers here in Lubbock, to help those mommas who would otherwise not be able to afford prenatal massage.
I have lived in Lubbock for 34 years. My husband and I will have been married for 16 years this December. I have 2 kiddos – daughter in SC, son currently in Killeen (Major in Army); my husband has 2 kiddos – daughter in Ft. Worth and son in San Antonio. Between us, we have 6 grandkids, ages 9 to 2. When we can get away from work, we love to travel, especially if it involves taking our motorcycle to the mountains or going to see grandkids.
Dianna Bandy
My name is Dianna Bandy. I was born and raised in NYC! My parents retired from NYC to Lubbock, Texas in 2003. I moved myself and my children to Lubbock, Texas in 2010. I thought I should be closer to my parents, as they are getting older, and for a while I had wanted to move away from the craziness which is NYC, anyways. It was ultimately a good decision. However, it has had its ups and downs, but that is just how life can be sometimes.
I am a single mom to 3 beautiful children. My daughter, my oldest, just blessed me with a gorgeous grandson, and I am so in love!
My two sons are still school aged and we live out in the Country. A small town about 45 miles East of Lubbock, named Crosbyton. All a part of the Panhandle Region.
Our move to Texas has certainly provided us with many blessings. I am so happy I get to be here, and be a part of an amazing and transformative association which is the AMTA! I have now been a LMT for 7 years. It is an honor for me to serve as a member and co-coordinator for the AMTA . I look forward to the future.
