Brenda Herrera
With over 15 years of experience, I am a seasoned massage therapist dedicated to helping clients manage stress and pain effectively. My expertise lies in therapeutic massage, myofascial release, spinal flow, sound healing, and life coaching. As a former massage therapy instructor for 7 years, I have honed my skills in guiding others towards healing. My passion is to serve as a facilitator in the healing process, assisting clients in achieving optimal well-being.
In addition, I enjoy coordinating events for non-profits, bringing the community together to enhance our skills and uplift each other. This commitment to community engagement enriches my practice and allows us all to grow together.
Hilda Rice
Hello my name is Hilda Rice. I am a military Spouse, mother of 3. I am a Certified medical assistant, while working family practice, I quickly realized I wanted to do more for people. I went back to school to become a massage therapist 8 years ago. Became a medical massage practitioner in 2019. I went back to school to get my esthetician license this year. Everyone’s healing process is different and I feel it’s important to have different CE (Continued Education) under your belt to be able to help different people that come into the practice. I have partnered up with Marlene Esthetic’s, we’re I will be practicing massage and esthetics.
Lili Gutierrez
Lili Gutierrez is the President of Float + Calm Spa, which is situated on the eastern side of El Paso. With over three years of operation, the spa has garnered notable recognition, having secured first place in the Best of El Paso 2021 awards. Float + Calm Spa prides itself on offering a comprehensive range of services, including massage therapy, float therapy, infrared sauna, and facials. Lili is a licensed massage therapist with a Master’s in Business Administration from UTEP, bringing a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the business. Having resided in El Paso for the entirety of her life, except for a brief stint in Austin in 1998, Lili has gained a deep appreciation for the unique beauty of the area. She is married to Victor, and together they have a son, Aaron, who is married to Leslie, and two wonderful grandchildren. Lili’s vision for the spa is to provide a serene and healing space for individuals in the border region, offering preventive and restorative therapies to restore balance and promote wellness for the mind, body, and soul.
Matthew Manriquez
Matthew Manriquez is a S.I. Practitioner and a student of Functional Bodywork. He has been involved with the El Paso AMTA region as it evolved through its many iterations. Through its aging, the community of El Paso AMTA’ers agree on gathering the massage therapists together to provide new CEU’s to aspiring therapists. Our hopes and dreams have become one as a paradigm shift, incubating the new era of Massage Therapists to thrive.
Sunok “Sun” Valenzuela
Sunok “Sun” Valenzuela is a seasoned massage therapist dedicated to enhancing the well-being of her clients. Her journey in the realm of massage therapy began over 10 years ago, driven by a profound passion for aiding individuals in pain relief and achieving overall wellness.
Sunok specializes in therapeutic trigger point work, employing precise techniques to alleviate muscular tension and discomfort effectively.
