Austin Region February Meeting

Does Your Intake Form Work? Does it meet state Requirements?

We invite you to join the Austin region of the Texas AMTA for our monthly community building meeting as we focus on Intake Forms.

This meeting is all about making sure your intake forms, not only meet the state requirements, but work for your specific practice.  Bring your intake form to share. We will also have samples and the state requirements. Let’s make sure we are compliant and getting the best information from our clients.

Location:  Twin Oaks Branch Library, 1800 S. 5th St. Austin, TX 78704, Room #2.
Date and Time:  Thursday, February 29 from 6:00-7:30

We look forward to connecting with familiar and new faces.

This event is free and open to all therapists. You do not have to be a member of AMTA to attend. Students are always welcome.  We love it when you invite other therapists and/or share this email.

Food is provided.
