The Brazos Valley region of the Texas Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association invites you to register for a one day 6 hour CE class, Therapeutic Stretching with Christina Hughes and Amy Scottino.

Looking for a tool that can add pain reduction and increase Range of Motion for all your clients? Want to better understand the different types of stretching and when to use them? This class can answer your questions

Come join Christina and Amy as you learn a fun and exciting way to reduce pain and become healthier.  What the class will include:

• A review of Anatomy and Kinesiology
• An understanding of Active, Passive and PNF stretching
• Hands-on practice of each type of stretching
• How to navigate the most optimal approach to stretching for your clients

This class will be held at Advance Physical Therapy   3700 Cross Park Dr.  Bryan, TX   on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 9 am-4 pm

Tuition is $40 for AMTA members, $70 for non-members plus a $10 supply fee
